Honoring Our Roots
A Celebration of Taste
Meeting the hands that feed us.
Sourced from the Soil
We believe that true Svāda (taste) begins long before the kitchen. It starts in the soil. Our journey led us to passionate farmers across the country who nurture the land with generational wisdom and a deep reverence for nature.
Our Ingredients & Their Sources
We are proud to partner with farmers who share our commitment to purity and traditional practices.
Heritage Millets
Sourced directly from dryland farmers who cultivate drought-resistant, highly nutritious ancient grains. These millets are grown without synthetic chemicals, preserving their robust flavor and health benefits while supporting sustainable agriculture.
Traditional Rice
We choose heritage rice varieties from farmers who still use natural farming techniques in fertile river basins. These grains are minimally processed to retain their essential nutrients, bringing back the authentic, sweet aroma of true rice.
Honest Spices
Our spices come from small-holder spice estates nestled in the hills. Hand-picked, sun-dried, and ground in small batches, our spices contain no fillers or artificial colors. They are vibrant, aromatic, and rich in essential oils.
Cold-Pressed Oils
We use only traditional cold-pressed (Wood Churn / Kacchi Ghani) oils for all our cooking. Procured straight from artisans who crush seeds at low speeds to prevent heat generation, these oils retain their natural antioxidants and authentic flavor profiles.
From Their Hands to Your Table.
Every ingredient carries the story of the farmer who grew it. Be first to taste the difference.
